Summary: Coastal tower room. View of roof, room was ok, not recently remodeled. Bathroom had no hand soap, kleenex, cups, nothing. Had to go to shower for body wash every time you washed your hands. Water pressure was very low, sink didn’t drain well at all. Paid thru hotels.com and was charged additional $50 by hotel for parking and resort fees for one night. Wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Summary: Not very clean, bed frames where mattress lies was unclean, where the two tables met one overlapped the other and was unclean between. Bathroom has signs of black mold, water stains on ceiling and not as clean as I would expect. Beds were comfortable.

Summary: Checking in process was the worst that I have ever experienced. 1 hr from the time we arrived until we received our room keys. After checking in, I see a roach crawling across the nightstand. I wad switched to another room. After the initial disaster, the trip was pleasant.

Summary: The room my ok. The thermostat in the room was not registering properly. The did not work at all. We tried to get the floor assistant to just empty our trash can but no one would do it. The bathroom had no hand soap to wash your hands and the pillows were extremely small and uncomfortable.

Summary: I went to the room and the rug had multiple items on it (lint, old food particles) and had not been vacuumed in a while, the edge of the bed was dirty, ALL counter tops had dry residue and dust buildup up. The bathroom floor had hairs on the floor. I had to go all the way back to the front desk to request a clean room. I walked all the way back to the elevator and went to another room. It was the same issue. Dirty carpet that was not vacuumed, countertops that had not been cleaned (smudges of dried liquid or sauce), a penny was on the rug by the bed, stained washed cloth in the bathroom, dust and finger prints on ice bucket. Just unsanitary conditions. Hair on the toilet seat. Yuck!
